I am Jennifer Acuna, owner of Haute Bread LLC. When people ask me what I do, I smile and say the following: " I am a baker, food memory ambassador, food artist, taste scientist, small farm supporter and food sustainability advocate." There are so many layers to who I am, as a cook and a baker and I owe it all to my beloved mother. She taught me how it is that we love one another through the simple act of providing a nourishing meal. I would watch her as a child in the kitchen, creating magic with her singing, dancing and food preparation. It was like her love was the first ingredient and the finishing touch to her meals. I, too cook and bake with love in my heart.
Mission statements – My mission at Haute Bread is to offer products which focus on healthy, unique and delicious food which are not only good for you but also good for the environment. It is my goal to source as much as my organic flour from local farms in the Northeast, NY and NJ. Doing so would establish a symbiotic relationship where I can help foster regenerative soil health practices, a greater profit margin for the farmers and I benefit from having a healthy grain which I can in turn use to create delicious and healthier bakery options for my customers.
Company policies – At Haute Bread, we are so sure you will enjoy our product that we offer 100% money back guarantee if you don't like enjoy purchase.
